In a recent post I wrote on scrum and organizational developmentYou can use scrum (daily scrum) as a vehicle for change (new technology and methods).<\/p><p>During our 6 months review of our developers I noted that four developers showed een significant increase in the following skills:<\/p><ul><li>planning and organizing off their work,<\/li><li>communication skills,<\/li><li>group skills,<\/li><li>eagerness to become crossfunctional.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>I think the use of Scrum contributed to this.
