Ik ben opgeleid tot organisatie veranderkundige en heb in de IT en Consultancy mijn sporen verdiend. Hierbij heb ik met directies, managementteams en teams veranderingen gerealiseerd. Hierbij richt ik me op het leveren van het resultaat en parallel het ontwikkelen van teams of team of teams. Bij voorkeur doe ik dit in de rol als Scrum Master, Team Coach of Release Train Engineer.
